1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 88fba ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your use of all products, services, games, promotions, and features accessible via the 88fba website and any associated mobile applications. All natural-language communications on the 88fba platform, including these Terms, are written in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) governs all time-sensitive provisions referenced herein unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 88fba, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fba does not permit gambling by any person under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human actors may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted without an appropriate licence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 88fba or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated 88fba account.

88fba reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of an active account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account where permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 88fba platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. 88fba employs technical detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited. Real-money balances may be subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is accurate and kept up to date. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days), and a photo or screenshot of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

88fba currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 88fba, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the 88fba account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• 88fba does not accept deposits from third parties. The deposit payment method must be registered in your own name.
• 88fba reserves the right to return a deposit without crediting bonus funds if the deposit method does not satisfy bonus eligibility criteria.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit, and which is registered in the account holder's own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals pending KYC verification may take longer.
• 88fba does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance purposes. 88fba reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. 88fba does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from international payment cards may have conversion applied by their card issuer — this is outside 88fba's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 88fba are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the promotional page or communication for that offer. In the event of a conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated on the promotional material. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will only be released to your real-money balance upon completion of the stated wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳30,000 before withdrawal eligibility.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports betting markets 100% at stated minimum odds. These rates are confirmed on the relevant promotion page.
• 88fba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 88fba reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the 88fba platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or market in question and accept that all outcomes are final once a round, hand, spin, or event has been completed and settled.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with official result data from the relevant governing body. For cricket, results from ICC, BCB, BCCI, and tournament organisers are used. In the case of match abandonment, void or reduced-settlement rules apply as specified in the sports betting help section.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are recorded and verifiable. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the result that was completed on the server at the time of disconnection stands as final.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fba platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of account balances:

• Using any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other game type, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display errors ("errors" in odds, payouts, or game mechanics). Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are void.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that has the appearance of, or is intended to serve as, money laundering.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered.

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited if you are a resident of that jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fba platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 88fba or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 88fba.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

88fba reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 88fba reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit those funds. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

13. Changes to These Terms

88fba reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
